accordance with Art. 21 par. 1 WpHG that its share of the voting rights in
ThyssenKrupp AG, Duisburg and Essen, Germany, ISIN DE0007500001, has fallen
below the 5% threshold on November 16, 2012. At this date the share of the
voting rights amounts to 4.99% (which equates to 25,660,832 voting rights).
All of the voting rights are attributable to Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC
in accordance with Art. 22 par. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG. Franklin Mutual
Series Funds managed by Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC, holds directly more
