accordance with Art. 21 par. 1 WpHG that its share of the voting rights in
ThyssenKrupp AG, Duisburg and Essen, Germany, ISIN DE0007500001, exceeded
the 5% threshold on February 26, 2013. At this date the share of the voting
rights amounts to 5.06% (which equates to 26,046,328 voting rights). All of
the voting rights are attributable to Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC in
accordance with Art. 22 par. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG. Franklin Mutual
Series Funds managed by Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC, holds directly more
than 3% voting rights in ThyssenKrupp AG which were attributed to Franklin
