1. Cevian Capital II GP Limited, St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands,
informed us in accordance with Art. 21 par. 1 WpHG that its share of the
voting rights in ThyssenKrupp AG, Duisburg and Essen, Germany, ISIN
DE0007500001, exceeded the 3% and 5% thresholds on September 23, 2013. At
this date the share of the voting rights amounts to 5.19% (which equates to
26,722,368 voting rights). All of the voting rights are attributable to
Cevian Capital II GP Limited in accordance with Art. 22 par. 1 sentence 1
no. 1 WpHG.
Voting rights of the following controlled companies are attributed to
Cevian Capital II GP Limited:
- Cevian Capital II Master Fund LP 4.10 % (which equates to 21,115,128
voting rights)
- Cevian Capital II Co-Investment Fund LP 1.09 % (which equates to
5,607,240 voting rights)
2. Cevian Capital II Master Fund LP, Camana Bay, Grand Cayman, Cayman
Islands, informed us in accordance with Art. 21 par. 1 WpHG that its share
of the voting rights in ThyssenKrupp AG, Duisburg and Essen, Germany, ISIN
DE0007500001, exceeded the 3% threshold on September 23, 2013. At this date
the share of the voting rights amounts to 4.10% (which equates to
21,115,128 voting rights).
