Cevian Capital II GP Limited, St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands,
informed us in accordance with § 21 (1) WpHG that its share of the voting
rights in ThyssenKrupp AG, Duisburg and Essen, Germany, ISIN DE0007500001,
exceeded the 15% threshold on February 27, 2014. At this date the share of
the voting rights amounts to 15.08% (which equates to 85,321,744 voting
rights). All of the voting rights are attributable to Cevian Capital II GP
Limited in accordance with § 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
Voting rights of the following controlled companies, whose share of the
voting rights in ThyssenKrupp AG amounts to 3% or more, are attributed to
Cevian Capital II GP Limited:
- Cevian Capital II Master Fund LP 12.23% (which equates to 69,219,199
voting rights)
