1. BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, DE, USA, informed us in accordance
with § 21 (1) WpHG that its share of the voting rights in ThyssenKrupp AG,
Duisburg and Essen, Germany, ISIN DE0007500001, has fallen below the 5%
threshold on September 22, 2014. At this date the share of the voting
rights amounts to 4.99% (which equates to 28,213,524 voting rights). All of
the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. in
accordance with § 22 (1) sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with § 22 (1)
sentence 2 WpHG.
2. BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, NY, USA, informed us in
accordance with § 21 (1) WpHG that its share of the voting rights in
ThyssenKrupp AG, Duisburg and Essen, Germany, ISIN DE0007500001, has fallen
below the 5% threshold on September 22, 2014. At this date the share of the
voting rights amounts to 4.99% (which equates to 28,213,524 voting rights).
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Financial
Management, Inc. in accordance with § 22 (1) sentence 1 No. 6 in connection
with § 22 (1) sentence 2 WpHG.
