The managing board is convinced that the company’s value is currently not adequately assessed. In addition, the repurchased shares can be more valuably contributed in the financing of its shareholding projects. The purchase price must not exceed or fall below the average closing price at the Frankfurt stock-exchange by 10 percent. This authorization is limited to the 31.12.2001.
