Travel24.com AG issues capital increase
Munich, 2. March 2004 – The Board of Management of Travel24.com AG has decided,
with the approval of the Supervisory Board, to implement a further capital
increase for cash, thus increasing the share capital by 1m to 13.75m shares. The
shares were placed with national and international investors at a price of EUR
1.35 by VEM Aktienbank AG, Munich. The proceeds of the capital increase amount
to EUR 1.35m. The registration with the Commercial Registry and the listing of
the new shares will be filed for shortly.
