Munich, 29 November 2006 – The Managing and Supervisory Boards of
Travel24.com AG announced today that they have resolved to repurchase the
profit participation certificates issued in 2006 (profit participation
certificates 2006/2009, ISIN DE000A0JDVE1) for EUR 1.5 million, in order to
recover the profit participation certificates and the associated rights,
especially the profit-participation and conversion rights. The current
amount of unconverted convertible bonds issued comprises .2.001.329 shares
after this transaction.
