Munich, 8th November 2007 - Travel24.com AG’s management and supervisory
boards have decided to issue ex rights a convertible bond with a total
issue amount of up to EUR 1m to further restructure the company as well as
develop and expand the tour operator activities. The convertible loan bears
no interest and runs until March 2009. The issue price is EUR 2.30, the
conversion price corresponds to the issue price.
