according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that his Voting Rights on
Travel24.com AG, München, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0JRWD1, WKN: A0JRWD,
have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on October 17, 2008 and on
that day amount to 5.27% (this corresponds to 91476 Voting Rights).
Of these voting rights, 5,27% (91476 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Mr. Henn pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 2 WpHG from VEM
Aktienbank AG which holds 3% or more in Travel24.com AG.
