The totality of Travel24.com AG’s convertible bonds was sold to interested
investors in Germany and abroad within the framework of the resolution
dated 27th March 2008. A total of 300,000 convertible bonds to bearer were
issued at a nominal value of € 1 each. The convertible runs until 2009.
