the course of the already mentioned transaction with Unister (ad hoc
announcements of 22th and 29th April 2009) further bondholders of the
zero-%-bond 2006/2009 have stated the conversion of 310,958 convertible
bonds into 310,958 shares. The company is currently preparing the issue of
these shares.
