Über unsere Tochtergesellschaft, die TTL International AG, haben wir einen Letter of Intent mit der führenden IT Vertriebs- und Dienstleistungsgesellschaft BDI Distributors, Inc. in den USA abgeschlossen. Gegenstand ist eine Kapitalbeteiligung an der BDI Distributors, Inc., die ihren Hauptsitz in Atlanta hat. Das US-IT-Unternehmen wird im Geschäftsjahr 1999 Umsatzerlöse von rund US-$ 115.000.000 erzielen; damit hat die BDI in 1999 eine Steigerung des Umsatzes von mehr als 100 % erreicht und zählt damit zu den am stärksten wachsenden IT Vertriebs- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen in den USA. BDI Distributors, Inc. weist für 1999 ein EBITDA von deutlich über 10 % vom Umsatz aus. Eines der ertragsreichsten und am schnellsten wachsenden Marktsegmente, in welchem BDI Distributors, Inc. tätig ist, ist die Belieferung von Internetgesellschaften mit IT Produkten und Dienstleistungen (Internet-fulfillment).
