TTL AG and Lantano Beteiligungen GmbH with registered office in Munich have concluded a contribution contract under the terms of which Lantano Beteiligungen GmbH is liable to contribute 240,000 shares in Allgeier AG with registered office in Bremen to TTL AG against the allotment of 1,573,000 new shares. The contribution contract, which was initially subject to an authorisation requirement, has become effective today. The details of the capital increase have yet to be defined.
