According to LR 9.6.11 and LR 9.6.13, TUI AG (the "Company") announces the following director changes:
- Ms Carmen Riu Güell resigned as a member of the Company's Supervisory Board.
- Mr Joan Trian Riu has been appointed as a new member of the Company's Supervisory Board.
From 2010 to 2018, Mr Trian Riu was the CFO of Riu Hotels & Resorts Playa de Palma, Spain. Since 2018 he is Executive Board Member of Riu Hotels & Resorts Playa de Palma, Spain.
No further details remain to be disclosed as required under LR 9.6.13.
