Notes (other relevant informations according to law)

Pursuant to an internal reorganization and private agreements Zebra Holdings and Investments S.à r.l. has transferred its total holdings of more than 5% of the shares and votes in Lucara Diamond Corp on 20 February 2024 to Nemesia S.à r.l.. As a result of the transaction, • Zebra Holdings and Investments S.à r.l. does not have any direct holding of shares and votes in Lucara Diamond Corp, i.e., it has decreased its direct holdings in Lucara Diamond Corp from more than 5% to 0% of the shares and votes in Lucara Diamomd Corp; and • Nemesia S.à r.l. has increased its direct holdings in Lucara Diamond Corp from less than 20% to more than 20% of the shares and votes in Lucara Diamond Corp. The Total group holdings in Lucara Diamond Corp has not changed because of the transaction. The holdings are calculated based on a total number of shares and votes in Lucara Diamond of 458,077,393 shares and votes as of 31 January 2024. Carey Trustees Limited changed its name to Suntera Trustees (Guernsey) Limited on 29 January 2024
