Turbon AG: Change in Shareholder Structure
Adsero Corp. has abandoned its 9.90 % shareholding (400,000 shares) in
Turbon AG. The 400,000 shares were due to a fiduciary agreement in cohesion
with the shares being pledged to Turbon to secure receivables of the Turbon
Group against Adsero still in administrative trust of Turbon and have now
been transitioned into proprietary possession of Turbon.
