Fasthosts Internet Limited is one of the leading providers of internet hosting services in the UK. This takeover aims at the extension of United Internet’s existing activities in the UK. In this transaction, Fasthosts Internet Limited has been valued at GBP 61.5m. The purchase price will be paid entirely in cash. This transaction has been approved today by the relevant corporate bodies of United Internet. The closing of this transaction is envisaged to take place within this month.
