WpHG that after cancellation of 15,000,000 treasury shares and reduction of
the share capital it fell below the threshold of 10 % and 5 % of treasury
shares on February 22, 2011, and at that date it held treasury shares
amounting to 4.00 % (9,000,000 shares) of the share capital of EUR 225
million.
