21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on United
Internet AG, Montabaur, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on November 16, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.04% (this
corresponds to 6540610 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.39% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2981966 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
