On November 04, 2013, Mr Ralph Dommermuth, Germany, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on United Internet AG, Montabaur, Germany, have exceeded the 50%
threshold of the Voting Rights on October 18, 2011 and on that day amounted
to 50.25% (this corresponds to 108,029,511 Voting Rights of 215,000,000
total Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 42.06%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 90,429,511 Voting Rights) is to
be attributed to Mr Dommermuth.
Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by Mr Dommermuth and whose holdings of voting rights amount to
3% each or more in United Internet AG:
- Ralph Dommermuth GmbH & Co. KG Beteiligungsgesellschaft
- Ralph Dommermuth Verwaltungs GmbH
- United Internet AG
On November 04, 2013, Mr Ralph Dommermuth, Germany, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on United Internet AG, Montabaur, Germany, have fallen below the 50%
threshold of the Voting Rights on January 08, 2013 and on that day amounted
to 46.83% (this corresponds to 93,662,202 Voting Rights of 200,000,000
total Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 46.83%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 93,662,202 Voting Rights) is to
be attributed to Mr Dommermuth.

controlled by Mr Dommermuth and whose holdings of voting rights amount to
