Suspension of the share buyback program with regard to the annual shareholders’ meeting 2020

Montabaur, 20 April, 2020

United Internet AG has announced a share buyback program by means of an ad hoc notification on 1 April 2020 and an initial announcement on 2 April 2020. The program has been conducted since 3 April 2020. The Company has already announced in the initial announcement that no shares will be bought back in a period starting 5 trading days prior to a shareholders’ meeting until 5 trading days after a shareholders’ meeting.

Today, the Company has convened its annual shareholders’ meeting 2020. It will take place on 20 May 2020. Therefore, no shares will be bought back in a period starting on 13 May 2020 until 27 May 2020 (including the first and last day).
