The agreement runs until December 2004 and includes the provision of new credit facilities alongside the prolongation and increase of existing shareholders’ loans. “This agreement demonstrates that our financial partners have confidence in the continued positive development of our company, states CFO Peter Krumhoff as the agreement comes into effect. “It is also a reflection of our current positive order levels and sales trends, he continues. This follows on the reiteration at last week’s General Meeting by the Ahrensburg high-tech company’s Management Board of its plans to achieve a turn-around in results for the 2003 financial year. After Basler recorded a loss of -3.5 million Euro on sales of 26.7 million Euro in 2002, the projections for this year are sales of more than 30 million Euro and a break-even result.
