Basler AG expands its supervisory board:
Ahrensburg, April 4, 2017 – BASLER AG, the leading global manufacturer of industrial cameras, is appointing Ms. Dr. Mirja Steinkamp, Hamburg, to its supervisory board. In its annual general meeting 2016, Basler AG resolved on increasing the number of supervisory board members to four. After intensive search, on April 4, 2017, Ms. Dr. Mirja Steinkamp will join the supervisory board as the fourth supervisory board member of Basler AG. Ms. Dr. Steinkamp is tax consultant and professor at the Nordakademie, a university of applied sciences. The 47year old from Hamburg contributes her long-term experiences from her finance leadership activity in an internationally operating company and supplements the supervisory board’s responsibilities.
