United Labels AG acquires remaining interests in Elfen Service GmbH

Münster, 12 January 2018. United Labels AG (ISIN: DE 0005489561, WKN: 548956) will acquire the remaining interests in subsidiary Elfen Service GmbH effective from 1 April 2018.
The remaining 20% ownership interest in the aforementioned entity is to be purchased at its nominal value. In acquiring the interests, the company will gain full profit entitlement retrospectively as from 1 January 2017.
The acquisition of these interests is subject to the usual conditions precedent.

Elfen Service GmbH operates an e-commerce business with end consumers as a member of the United Labels Group. The Christmas period of 2017, in particular, produced significant revenue growth for this side of the business. In future, this area is to be further expanded with products from United Labels AG.
