With 321,053 executed trades in August, a new all-time-high was achieved, equalling approximately 33.5% of the executed trade volume produced by the biggest German competitors. After just one and a half years from its start-up, the biw has become one of the biggest and fastest growing German online brokers. This is also reflected in the figures: In the first half of the year, the biw contributed with 15.2 million Euros to over 30% of the total turnover of the Aragon Group. The contribution to the operating income of the company results EBITDA was actually 0.9 million Euro and therefore a higher figure of 35% was achieved. On the basis of the revenue produced in the first quarter of 2007, the biw increased its revenue in the second quarter by 82%, indicating that this rate of growth should continue in the foreseeable future. ++ About Aragon AG Aragon is a diversified financial services organisation operating in Germany and Austria.
