JDC Group AG: Jung, DMS & Cie. Pool GmbH and Albatros Versicherungsdienste GmbH plan for long-term cooperation and sign a declaration of intent. Following the successful implementation of a pilot project, Jung, DMS & Cie. Pool GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JDC Group AG, Albatros Versicherungsdienste GmbH and Albatros Service Center GmbH, both of which are group companies of Deutsche Lufthansa AG (hereinafter referred to as Albatros), are currently negotiating an agreement on long-term cooperation in the procurement of financial products and have today reached an agreement on the essential contractual conditions. A letter of intent has been signed. As part of the cooperation and in the course of an outsourcing operation for Albatros at the turn of the year, Jung, DMS & Cie. Pool GmbH will take over the administrative and sales support platform and its associated processes. The use of the technical platform and the transfer of their administrative tasks to Jung, DMS & Cie. Pool GmbH is an important strategic milestone for Albatros on their road to an even stronger customer focus with new and extended customer services. The JDC Group’s Management Board now expects that the cooperation will take place, even if a cooperation agreement has not yet been signed and is subject to the approval by the contracting partners’ boards. In the event that the collaboration agreement is concluded, the JDC Group’s Management Board anticipates an increase in commission turnover of up to EUR 20 million and a significant earnings contribution for the fiscal year 2018.
