On May 30, 2011, Mr Richard Radtke, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
WIGE MEDIA AG, Köln, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on May 24, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.36% (this
corresponds to 155818 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.56% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 118675 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Radtke.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.58% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 27048 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Radtke.
