to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
WIGE MEDIA AG, Köln, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on May 24, 2011 and on that day amounted to 2.87% (this
corresponds to 133100 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.87% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 133100 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Eishold via Eishold Capital GmbH.
