SPORTTOTAL AG: Sale of _wige SOUTH&BROWSE gmbh completed

Cologne, 29 September 2017. SPORTTOTAL AG (formerly _wige MEDIA AG)  today completed the sale of its subsidiary _wige SOUTH&BROWSE gmbh based in Munich to All3Media Deutschland GmbH. As announced, the preliminary proceeds from the disposal amount to EUR1.1 million. Following the company’s strategic realignment, the division “Factual Entertainment” no longer forms part of the core business of SPORTTOTAL AG. SPORTTOTAL AG intends to grow in the future in the rapidly scalable digital business, in the high-margin international project business, as well as in business with live events.
