Hamburg, 30 ^th May 2017 – At yesterday’s meeting, the Supervisory Board of Varengold Bank AG (symbol: VG8) approved annual financial statement 2016 that was issued with an unqualified audit opinion by the auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers AG. As reported in our Corporate News of 31 ^st March 2017, the Bank records a net loss of TEUR -1,486 for the fiscal year 2016 (previous year: TEUR -13,218).

Varengold Bank AG will publish its audited financial statements end of June 2017.
