According the press release of December 15, 2005, the Baader
Wertpapierhandelsbank AG, Unterschleissheim, has increased today its stake
in the Conservative Concept Group, Bad Homburg, from 19.96 % to 49.96 %.
The increase in the stake demonstrates the good cooperation, which will be
intensified in the future.
