Total Voting Rights announcement according to Article 26a of the WpHG,

Baader Bank AG hereby announces that at the end of the month August 2008
the number of Voting Rights amounts to a total of 45,524,858 Voting Rights.
Regrettably a formal mistake has slipped in the announcement according to
Article 26a of the WpHG at September 1, 2008. The Total Voting Rights were
denoted by 383.824, the correct Voting Rights is 45,524,858.
The change of Total Voting Rights is effective as of August 31, 2008.
