Die Gesellschaft für Network Training AG (GfN AG) vollzieht mit Wirkung zum 1. Oktober 1999 einen Aktiensplit im Verhältnis 1:3. Grundlage hierfür ist ein entsprechender Beschluss der Hauptversammlung vom 27. Juli 1999. Danach wird jede Stückaktie im rechnerischen Betrag von drei Euro jeweils auf drei Aktien im rechnerischen Betrag von einem Euro aufgeteilt. Zusätzlich erhalten die Aktionäre für jede alte Aktie eine Gratisaktie, so dass sie im Ergebnis für jede alte Aktie vier neue erhalten. Das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft nach dem Aktiensplit beträgt 3.924.000 Euro. Die GfN AG wechselt noch in diesem Jahr an den Neuen Markt und passt sich mit dieser Maßnahme an die Standards im europäischen Wertpapiergeschäft an, um den Handel mit GfN-Aktien weiter zu fördern. The Gesellschaft für Network Training AG (GfN AG) will be executing a stock split, at a 1:3 ratio, effective on October 1, 1999. The basis is the appropriate resolution adopted by the Annual General Shareholders Meeting on July 27, 1999. Pursuant to that decision, each individual share certificate with a nominal value of Euro 3.00 will be split into three shares, each with a face value of Euro 1.00. In addition, the stockholders will receive one gratis share for each old share of stock, so that they will, in end effect, be receiving four new shares for each old share. The companys capital stock, following the split, comes to Euro 3,924,000. This year the GfN AG will be making the transition to the New Market exchange and with this move will adopt the standards prevailing in European securities trading, in order to further promote trade in GfN shares.
