März 2000 – Rhein Biotech ist gestern darüber informiert worden, daß das belgische Unternehmen Innogenetics N.V. 106.000 Aktien der Rhein Biotech im Marktwert von rund 18 Mio. Euro verkauft hat. Rhein Biotech ist bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht über diesen Verkauf informiert gewesen. Rhein Biotech und Innogenetics haben eine Zusammenarbeit für die Entwicklung von Stämmen zur Herstellung bestimmter Proteine, die für Therapie (inklusive Hepatitis C-Impfstoffen), Diagnostik und Forschung verwendet werden. March 2000 – Rhein Biotech was informed yesterday that the Belgian company Innogenetics N.V. has sold 106.000 Rhein Biotech shares at a market value of approximately 18 million Euro. Rhein Biotech had no prior information about this transaction. Rhein Biotech and Innogenetics have a collaboration to develop certain strains for the production of specific proteins with therapeutic (including Hepatitis C vaccine), diagnostic and research applications.
