This represents a total market capitalization for the company of EUR 158 million. 3.1 million shares were offered and placed, excluding the underwriters’ over-allotment option, resulting in a free float amounting to 21.5% of the enlarged share capital. Applications for 22 million shares were received from European institutions and German retail investors, subscribing the Offer 7 times. The underwriters have been granted the right to exercise an over- allotment option comprising up to 465,000 shares (equal to 15% of the shares sold in the IPO). Listing of the Shares and first dealings will commence on the Neuer Markt segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange tomorrow. The Neuer Markt ticker symbol for Brainpower is BPW. The German Securities Identification Code for Brainpower shares is: 553 169. The ISIN Code is: NL0000238228.
