TRIUS AG i.L. – Part of liquidation
The Liquidator decided as part of the liquidation to distribute the part
of the liquid asset to the shareholders. Each shareholder receives 1,88 EURO
per share. The Liquidation is going to be executed with valuta of the 23rd of
September 2004 on the share-status of the 22nd September 2004 evening. With
the beginning of the 23rd of September 2004 TRIUS-shares are going to be
traded and listed “ex liquidation” accordingly.
