AURELIUS resolves to retire treasury shares acquired under the repurchase program

Munich, May 15, 2017 – AURELIUS Equity Opportunites SE & Co. KGaA (ISIN DE000A0JK2A8) resolved the retirement of 419,335 treasury shares that were acquired under the 2017 I repurchase program. This corresponds to 1.3 percent of the company’s share capital.

The retirement of the shares is not associated with a reduction in capital, therefore the computed face value of the shares will increase accordingly.

AURELIUS Equity Opportunites SE & Co. KGaA’s share capital continues to amount EUR31,680,000.00 after retiring the shares and will be divided into 30,769,944 no-par value bearer shares.
