– Frohne & Klein Wertpapierhandelshaus appointed new Designated Sponsor
Berlin, August 28, 2001 – Beta Systems Software AG, Berlin, a leading provider
of high performance intelligent data management solutions, today announced the
appointment of Frohne & Klein Wertpapierhandelshaus as the new market maker
(Designated Sponsor) for the trade in Beta Systems Software AG shares on the
Neuer Markt, Frankfurt.
In accordance with the regulations of the Neuer Markt and effective September 1,
2001, Frohne & Klein Wertpapierhandelshaus will, in addition to Deutsche Bank
AG, act as the second Designated Sponsor for Beta Systems’ shares. Also
effective September 1, 2001, the sponsorship agreement between Beta Systems
Software AG, and Goldman Sachs & Co. OHG will be discontinued by mutual consent.
