AMENDMENT TO FINAL TERMS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO HOLDERS OF THE COVERED BONDS THAT the following modification has been made to the Final Terms of the Covered Bonds and has been effected by the execution of a Supplemental Trust Deed dated 14 April 2020 (the Amendment Document):
Prior to entry into the Amendment Document, the Specified Denomination of the Covered Bonds was €50,000. Following entry into the Amendment Document, the Specified Denomination of the Covered Bonds is €100,000 and integral multiples of €50,000 in excess thereof.
Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Amended and Restated Master Definitions and Construction Agreement relating to the Programme dated 18 April 2019 and the Amendment Document.
