Restoration of Listing
Following the publication of its annual accounts for the year to 30th September 2024, the Board will now be applying to the Financial Conduct Authority for the Restoration of the Listing as a Shell company , which if approved will see the resumption of trading in its shares.
The Board would then expect to proceed to identify and subsequently enter into discussions with suitable targets for the development of the Company.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
