Director/PDMR Shareholding

Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) has been informed that today the following Directors have purchased ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) at a purchase price of 545.85 pence per share:

* 20,000 of these Shares will be registered in the names of Mr Ahmed’s children (who are ‘connected persons’). Mr Ahmed has also transferred a total of 114,000 Shares to his two children as a gift today.

The transactions took place in London.

This notification is made in accordance with Paragraph 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
