Announcement of Third Interim Dividend

The Board has today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2022 of 12.0p net (2021: 12.0p) which will be payable on 17 February 2023 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 6 January 2023, ex dividend date 5 January 2023.
The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) which is managed by the registrar, Link Asset Services, and the deadline for elections under the DRIP will be 27 January 2023.
