As indicated in the Half Yearly Report for the six months ended 30 June 2023, the Company confirms that Mr David Hardie has retired from the Board with effect from 31 December 2023 and Ms Virginia Holmes has been appointed Chair from that date. Ms Holmes has served as a non-executive Director on the Board since June 2022.
The Directors would like to reiterate their sincere thanks and appreciation for the significant contribution to the Company made by Mr Hardie as a Director and, since 2021, as Chairman.
