The Company has been notified that Charles Berry, Chairman of Senior plc, is to retire as a non-executive director and Chairman of the Board of Drax Group plc at its next AGM to be held in April 2015.
This disclosure is made pursuant to rule 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
