Senior plc ("the Company") notes that Barbara Jeremiah, non-executive Director and Senior Independent Director of the Company has been appointed a non-executive director of Johnson Matthey Plc with effect from 1 July 2023. She will also be a member of their Audit, Nomination, Remuneration and Societal Value Board Committees. Barbara will be appointed Senior Independent Director of Johnson Matthey Plc following the conclusion of their AGM on 20 July 2023.
There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
