Senior plc ("the Company") notes that Rajiv Sharma, an Independent non-executive Director of the Company, has joined the Board of Raymond Lifestyle Limited (RLL) as a non-executive Director.
RLL has subsequently listed on BSE Limited (the Bombay Stock Exchange) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE India) on 5 September 2024.
