Marston's PLC - Director Declaration

Octavia Morley, Senior Independent Director of Marston's PLC, will join the Board of Currys plc (the 'Company') as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 April 2024. Octavia will join the Company's Remuneration, ESG and Nominations Committees upon appointment, subsequently becoming Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee on 25 April 2024.
