Dividend Declaration
The Board of Directors of the Company has declared a third interim dividend of 7.08p per share, up 5.2% on the equivalent dividend of 6.73p paid in the same period in the last financial year.
The dividend will be paid on 31 December 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28 November 2025. The ex-dividend date is 27 November 2025.
It is the Board's intention, barring any unforeseen circumstances, that the Company's fourth interim dividend will be at least equal to this dividend. This would result in a total dividend for the 2025 financial year of at least 28.32p per share which would represent a 6.1% increase over dividends paid for the financial year ended 31 December 2024. It also fulfils the commitment made to ex-Witan shareholders to continue to see progression in their income from 2024. The Company is, therefore, on track to deliver its 59th consecutive annual dividend increase, one of the longest records of rising dividends in the investment trust industry.
