Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), we confirm that Deanna Oppenheimer, Independent Non-Executive Director of Whitbread PLC, has today been appointed as a director of Hargreaves Lansdown plc with immediate effect and will become Chair of Hargreaves Lansdown on 7 February 2018.
